The Isaac Bea Young is a Greek revival home that takes center stage @ 727 Main Street, Chatham. Location is everything that this home offers. On Main street surrounded by spacious landscape with perennial gardens and old growth trees; to the west, views can be seen of the water toward Nantucket Sound; to the east, Veterans Field Baseball Park, to the south, you will be steps from the village with its unique shops and restaurants and 2/10ths of a mile from the closest beach! This town house features 3 bedrooms, eat-in-kitchen, spacious living room and two separate stairways. This home was lovingly restored in 2000 and is handsomely furnished with antiques, oriental rugs and original art. The rent includes: linens, cleaning, high speed internet, spacious outside shower with hot/cold water, beach chairs, barbeque, deck and thoughtful extras. Chatham is a seaside community that has held onto the charm of Old Cape Cod. Surrounded three sides by water, Chatham is located on the elbow of Cape Cod. From this location you are steps from the ballfield where the Chatham A's play, beach 2/10, lighthouse 9/10, shopping 2/10, museums, banks, restaurants, live theatre, all a short walk. This is a great in town location with spacious outdoor space!
