Deer park is a highly sought after resort for year round relaxation and fun! Unit is located in Maple Leaf building in Deer Park which is directly next to the serene 5 acre LAKE, beach, playground and CLUB HOUSE-which has the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, game room, great room with pool tables and floor to ceiling stone fireplace and 2 fitness rooms. We're in the heart of the resort! This well maintained, very clean 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo offers absolutely stunning panoramic views of the White Mountains out the front windows with tranquil views of the Pemigewasset out the rear windows and the back balcony. Tastefully decorated unit includes a gas fireplace, 27'' TV, VCR, DVD player, nicely stocked kitchen, and full free access to all resort amenities. We've even included board games and children's movies to keep the younger ones happy allowing the adults to further unwind!

Deer Park reside on the Kancamangus Highway on the Lincoln-North Woodstock line. For Winter skiing and summer mountain fun, we're 3 Miles to Loon Mountain & 5 Miles to Cannon Mountain. Waterville Valley is 20 minutes away, Bretton Woods is 35 minutes and Attitash is 40 minutes. Summer Amusement Parks and Nature Parks are minutes away!! Clark's Trading Posting, Hobo Railroad, Whales Tale Water Park, Lost River Gorge and The Flume are all less than a 5 minute drive. Six Gun City and Santas Village are 30 minute drives and Storyland is a beautiful 40 minute drive over the White Mountains via the Kancamangus! Two Outlet Shopping destinations are nearby. North Conway about 45 minute drive and Tilton about 35 minute drive

For Summer-grilling there's a long gas-fired grill under a gazebo right at the lake for all to use. It's a fantastic community experience!! Or for a more intimate setting, choose from one of the many charcoal-fired grills and picnic tables situated right at the banks of the Pemigewasset River. In winter, volleyball court is converted into outdoor ice skating rink with lights for night skating!!!!
