Oak Bluffs house Rental Property Information

This newly constructed home, built in 2004, is approximately 5600 square feet. Perfect for the extended family vacation, reunion or wedding. There are six large bedrooms and six bathrooms, including three master suites, two of which have private Jacuzzis.Great rooom with floor to ceiling fireplace and high def. TV. Approx. 3/4 of a mile to Farm Neck golf course. There is a separate sun room with sunken 6-8 person jacuzzi/hot tub inside this home and a second jacuzzi/hot tub located outside on the large brick patio, complete with outdoor furniture and built-in stone BBQ pit. There is a large, sunken, blue stone patio and separate courtyard. There is also a large screened in porch off the courtyard. Inside, I have a pool-table, bar area, three fireplaces, 2nd half kitchen, and many more amenities too numerous to list. Approximately 3.5 miles from the three down-island towns, this home is centrally located on the bike path off County Road. Easy access to ferries, beaches and shopping. State Beach, on the northern shore, is about 4 miles from the house. South Beach, on the southern side, usually with plenty of waves, is about 5 miles away. There are wonderful gourmet restaurants for the total dining experience or the quaint diner for a fulfilling breakfast. I can even offer you the convenience of a private chef, if you so desire, to come to this home and prepare one or more meals for you. Martha's Vineyard is 'dry' except for Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. If dining out in any of the other towns, it's highly acceptable to B.Y.O.B. Although, you can only make alcoholic purchases in either Oak Bluffs or Edgartown.

Aquinnah is a spectacular work of nature with its clay cliffs. There are miles and miles of public beaches to comb for that perfect piece of wampum or beach glass. Also offered in the summer are camps and activities just for children.
