This home has 5 queen beds, 3 twin beds (in 2 rooms -1 bedroom), and 2 sleeper sofas (1 near courtyard & 1 in 2nd floor sitting area). Great room with 56 inch high def TV.There are 3 master suites, 2 of which have private Jacuzzis, a sunroom with 6-8 person jacuzzi/hot tub & a 4-6 person jacuzzi/hot tub outside. There is a pool table, bar area, 3 fireplaces, extra half-kitchen, and 4 common sitting areas. Also, an outside shower, large, private blue stone patio and courtyard, and additional brick patio on the opposite side of the house, all complete with furniture and stone BBQ pit. There is front porch and screened in gazebo ~ 14 by 20 ft. with plenty of furniture to relax on.

Outside this home in the back, there is large brick patio accessed from the primary kitchen and master bedroom with jacuzzi on the first floor.It has the 4-6 person jacuzzi, stone barbecue with an additional gas grill for cooking or pleasure and plenty of outdoor furniture. In the front there is a sunken blue stone patio with courtyard accessed from the secondary kitchen, sunroom or gameroom and front porch with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on. A screened gazebo is steps away form the bluestone patio in a peaceful setting, complete with wicker furniture.There is an outside shower and a private yard with perennial gardens to complete the landscape. A separate area for picnics or lounging is another area to enjoy. There are extensive new perennial gardens with a mixture of beautiful evergreens and flowering trees for your peaceful getaway. Please ask for landscaping plans for a more detailed layout.

This home is open yet private with a mixture of different type of evergreens around the perimeter. There is plenty of room inside and out to spend quality time together or to find your own private space. Even thirty people would have plenty of room to enjoy. There is easy access to ferries, shopping and public beaches, along with a bus stop and bike path about 500 feet away on County Road.

Martha's Vineyard is a magical place to come, experience and be a part of. Local artisans display their works at the many galleries and crafts shows all throughout the year. The Vineyard is a wonderful place in the off-season, as well. There are miles of public beaches for combing in hopes of finding that perfect shell or beach glass. Menemsha has breath-taking sunsets and Aquinnah is utterly spectacular with it's ever changing clay cliffs. The landscape of the island is truly remarkable. Vineyard Haven has plenty of year-round shopping, with Oak Bluffs and Edgartown becoming a little bit quieter in the off season.Also offered in the summer are camps and activities just for children.Contact the Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce for details at 508 693-008.
