Each week of the summer season the Vineyard has something special happening. Be it a gallery opening, fireworks, country fair or regatta you will enjoy all that is to be offered. Off season slows down to a magical pace with Christmas House Tours, Chowder Festivals and 1st Night Celebrations. Our favorite Holiday on the Island is Thanksgiving. It is a wonderful place for family and friends to gather and enjoy long walks under the Gay Head Cliffs or take that one last final sail of the season.   • All baths are tiled with quality fixtures. Each bath is fully equipped with plenty of plush white cotton towels and hot tub robes for guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrella are also available for guests use. Master Bath opens on to its private hot tub deck that has space for sunning and also a very large outdoor shower. Deck and hot tub are surrounded by fencing covered with flowering vines....Sit in the private hot tub and watch the hummingbirds feed on the flowering vines....or at night sit in the hot tub and be amazed by the huge Vineyard Sky!

Hot tub deck is screened with beautiful lattice that is covered with fragrant honeysuckle. Soak in the private hot tub and watch the hummingbirds! The house is fully equipped with beautiful designer linens on all beds and bathrooms. A great sunny window seat in master bedroom is a perfect place to curl up with your favorite book or watch a sunset. Guest bedroom has beds that can be made up as king or two twins. It also has a private bath. Sun porch allows for two more quests sleeping on a very comfortable upgraded queen sofa bed. Terry hot tub robes and lots of plump cotton bath and beach towels. Great location in that you are close to beach and town yet off the beaten bath. Very private and quiet location. Guest house has separate Driveway and yard area from Main house. House was built and designed to let the sun in at all times of the day. Sunsets off the patio on the back of the house across a large meadow of wildflowers. This is a very bright and well laid out home. We have gone to tremendous efforts to make this anything but your generic rental property. It is very well equipped, with reading library, video library and decorated with original art and antiques. Well equipped kitchen and large stainless BBQ, Huge outdoor lobster cooker for a Vineyard Lobster Boil.

Very Well Equipped and Immaculate Rental We go out of our way each year to update and take inventory of the house. We have a professional turn over crew that prepare the house for each coming guest. Each year we upgrade and add things to make the house more comfortable for our guests. From the plush terry towels to the designer bed linens we are sure you will enjoy your stay in our home. The 6 person hot tub is everyone's favorite. The house is surrounded by a 3 acre meadow of wildflowers. 2008 we will have a brand new solar heated pool and pool house that is open to the main house as well as the guest house. Each house has a private large yard of lawns, patios and perennial gardens full of flowers for your picking! Each house also has its own driveway and private hot tub.

Near Trustees of the Reservation South Beach We are just a short ride to one of the best and most sought after beaches on the Island. Beach Chairs and towels along with picnic coolers are supplied to make you day at the beach all the better. We have prepared a book for the house that shows photos of over a dozen of the Islands beaches and directions to find them. We try to help our guests find the less traveled and well kept jewels of the Island Beaches!

Library of Books about Martha's Vineyard We h ave put together books of all kinds to help you find your way, enjoy and learn about the Island while you are visiting. From Restaurant Guides, to children books, to Vineyard Cook Books, to Island tour and hiking guides you will find a great resource to help you enjoy your vacation.

Golf Information: Martha's Vineyard offers several quality golf course. Mink Meadows and Farm Neck are the two open to the public. Both offer amazing views out across Vineyard and Nantucket Sound. Call in advance for tee times.

Guest Book When we started looking for a vacation rental on Martha's Vineyard I never dreamed such a rental home could exist! The Hannigans have created a magical Island Retreat and done so with so much attention to detail. The house is immaculate, bright sunny and so well equipped. From the Al Clad professional cookware to the designer bed linens and terry hot tub robes, they have not missed a beat in creating the ideal vacation home. The house is situated in a beautiful 3 acre meadow with the house being surrounded with lawns, flower gardens and a fantastic stone patio well furnished with teak table and chairs. The BBQ is a huge Stainless gas grill fit for the fussiest of chefs. The Owners live in the caretakers cottage on the property and their efforts to respect your privacy is commendable. Separate yards give plenty of privacy on 3 acre retreat. Only if we needed something did they appear....extra flashlights after the lights went out in a storm or when asked about restaurant.
