Balance due in installments (February & May). Security deposit collected three weeks before the rental. Personal checks accepted. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are also accepted.

Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. 2nd Full bathroom has tub/shower and pedestal sink. Modern kitchen has four-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Washer and Dryer in laundry room. Living/Dining room is furnished with Italian leather sofas, dining table & chairs seats 4. Adjacent eat-in kitchen seats 2.
Entertainment Master bedroom with Satellite DirecTV & DVD Player. Living Room with Satellite DirecTV & DVD Player, Radio w/tape player. Bedrooms with Alarm Clocks.
Outdoor Patio Glass topped table with umbrella & (6) chairs for dining al fresco. Extra chairs also available on the patio. Propane gas BBQ Grill. Outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The rear patio is partially fenced in & outside of the patio is a grassy area.
