La Jolla house Rental Property Information
This home is beautifully landscaped with European style charm. Twelve-foot cathedral ceilings and skylights give this home a light and airy feel. Hardwood floors and Victorian moldings adorn each room. The master suite has a peaceful sitting room with a fireplace. The master bath features a solarium, a double marble shower and a claw foot tub. Take your morning latte out to the front patio for dappled sunlight and plenty of privacy. The kitchen and master bedroom open out to the back patio where you can sunbathe or shower in full sunshine and privacy. The back patio has a barbecue and a large table for gatherings, surrounded by flowers. We have an outdoor tennis table which is sheltered from the sun by day and lit for night games. A walk to the sea to watch the sun go down from a small park is just 3 blocks away or take an evening stroll to Windansea Beach along the street full of dreams (just under 1 mile). Well equipped Kitchen-All NEW Appliances! The new throw rugs, sheets and towels make this home luxurious. This home has a very spacious feeling with plenty of light. The business district of Bird Rock has a variety of restaurants one can walk to. There are 2 Coffee houses to chose from, Starbucks Coffee House and Coffee Roasters for organic coffee. Also there are a wide variety of yoga and exercise studios to chose from. Our neighborhood by the ocean is at the foot of Mount Soledad. From the top of the mountain above you have stunning views of the coastline, all of San Diego and into Mexico.
Other Activities Other activities nearby: fine and casual dining, golf, boutiques, fitness clubs, yoga studios, day spas, jogging, biking and running routes and a new Olympic size swimming pool. Ocean swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, diving, snorkeling, beachcombing, kayaking, sailing, parasailing, windsurfing, beach volleyball and tennis courts.
Table Tennis! Have loads of fun with this entertaining outdoor game! Our tennis table is shaded by day and lit up at night for great evening games.
