Local recreation Located on Big Island Pond which offers swimming, boating, fishing and walking. A current license is required for fishing and motor boats. The cottage is about 15 miles from Exeter, NH and 25 from the NH coast. The White Mts are a 2-3 hour drive. Boston is 45 miles.

Other Activities Renter must bring own gear for biking, boat for water skiing, wind surfing
