Huge kitchen w/walk in pantry, double ovens, granite counter tops, ocean, garden and meadow views. Two oversize double garages and lots of outdoor parking on premises. Beautiful large professionally landscaped gated grounds, backs to greenbelt. Enormous 3000+ s/f semi finished basement/ garage w/completely finished 18' x 15' billiards room with regulation size Pool Table, Ping Pong table, juke box w/50's tunes, dart board, ocean and garden views.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets.
