Within a ten minute walk are tennis courts, 9 hole golf course, summer league baseball games, town landing, fish pier, parks, windmill, historic area, shops, galleries, summer theatre, library and many fine restaurants. Great walking neighborhood! A short drive to Pleasant Bay, Nantucket Sound, fresh water ponds, harbor and seal tours, Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge, and conservation walking trails. Chatham is centrally located to mid and lower Cape. Cape Museum of Fine Arts, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Cape Cod National Seashore, Nickerson State Park, Hyannis, Provincetown, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard all within 45 minutes.
