We have a caretaker living on the island who will help you get settled and answer any questions you may have. Guana Cay, Abaco is located 170 miles east of West Palm Beach, Florida. Fly into Marsh Harbour (MHH), Great Abaco and there are ferries leaving all day to Great Guana Cay.
