Interlochen lodge Rental Property Information

Lakewood Lodge is a year-round luxury log home nestled on beautiful Bass Lake, located in the spectacular woods & water of Michigan's Grand Traverse region. The large 1.5 acre wooded lot with 185 feet of private frontage is on the sandy bottomed Bass Lake, an all-sports lake tucked between Green Lake and Duck Lake. A fishing boat, paddleboat and dock are provided for your use. Spacious decks and fire-pit are there for outdoor enjoyment. Inside a large loft and cathedral ceilings give warmth and an 'up-north' ambiance to the full log home. Much of the lake's shoreline is dedicated to a state park, which makes it a sanctuary for wildlife including loons, herons, white-tailed deer, raccoons, beavers, and a variety of game fish such as bass, walleye, pike, perch and bluegill. The lake is ideal for swimming, boating, fishing, skiing, and tubing. In the winter, the Bass Lake area is known for ice skating, ice fishing, skiing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing.

Location

Easy access to world-class golfing, skiing, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and the world renowned Interlochen National Music Camp. Only 17 miles from beautiful Traverse City with its 2 spectacular Grand Traverse Bays of Lake Michigan, with shopping, recreation, dining a short drive. Northern Michigan's award winning golf courses and ski slopes only 20 minutes away from the Lakewood Lodge at Crystal Mountain.
