Palermo cabin Rental Property Information
Imagine sipping wine by candlelight on the porch while listening to the loons in the lake below on a warm, starry summer night. Come and enjoy our beautiful log cabin with front and back screened porches on Sheepscot Pond. Canoe with paddles and life vests available. One bedroom with queen size bed. There is a sleeping loft with two Aero beds. Completely furnished kitchen and full bath. Laundry in the basement. The cabin is located on about 50 acres of piney woods with a small, private waterfront. It is heated for the cooler months and has become a favorite with families and honeymooners alike. Autumn is an especially wonderful time to be in these woods where you are surrounded by the glorious fall foliage.

Enjoy swimming, canoeing and fishing (with permit) in summer, hiking and fall foliage in autumn. The cabin is centrally located between Augusta, Waterville, Belfast and the coast with libraries with public computers, shopping, ATMs, restaurants, bowling, golf and historical sites and religious institutions nearby. Stay at the cabin and enjoy the woods and the pond. The night sky is a special treat on clear nights. You can see stars not visible from more populated areas. Boat launch nearby. New dock for swimming and watercraft.
