Since the late 1800s, Bar Harbor has been the playground of the rich and famous, however it was, and still is a quaint, quiet and beautiful resort village on Mt. Desert Island. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park offer just about any form of recreation you could desire. The famous Kebo Golf Course is only five minutes from 'Devilstone' and three other golf courses are close by, as well. Kebo is the eighth oldest golf course in the United States. The entrance to Acadia National Park is but a five minute drive from 'Devilstone'. Hiking in Acadia is an unforgettable experience for the novice, or the truly experienced. Most all forms of rental equipment are available, however biking and kayaking seem to be the most popular.
