A laundry area with washer and dryer is located in the basement. Also available are outdoor charcoal grill, beach chairs, a screened gazebo with 2 glidder chairs and a hammock shared with other house tenants. This is a latchkey apartment. All you have to do is bring your own clothes and toiletries. Everything else is supplied - from microwave to wine bottle corkscrew. It's all there for you to feel comfortable, and relaxed surrounded by birdsong, cottage gardens, calming natural beauty and the refreshing Berkshire mountain air!
