Wilmington house Rental Property Information

This home in Southern Vermont has everything you need for a memorable trip. The feel is rustic with the natural wood walls, cathedral ceilings and two field stone fireplaces, and location in a private and natural setting. It is only a 10 minute walk through the woods to the lake where our canoe is stored for your use. But you will also find most of the luxuries of home such as two TVs with cable & VCRs, a stereo with hook-up for your iPod or MP3 player, room for 12 at the very large dining room table, dishwasher, microwave, washer/ dryer and more. This vacation property is real Vermont, real close. Our home is in a perfect location and only 2 ½ hours from Boston and 4 hours from NYC. So you’ll spend more of your precious vacation time at our house or at the lake and less of it on the road. In addition, it is only a short 15-minute drive from the house into “downtown” Wilmington. This postcard pretty small town has many unique and old-fashioned shops, galleries, and restaurants as well as a large grocery store.
