Manomet villa Rental Property Information

The Yardarm is a villa located on the bluffs in Manomet Beach Shores, ten miles south of Plymouth Center and six miles north of the Cape Cod Canal. Construction of this three-floor 3,000-foot villa, with spectacular ocean views from every level, was completed in spring 2004. It has four bedrooms, sleeps eight, three full bathrooms, a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, a balcony off of the master bedroom, a covered porch off the great room, a patio off the lower level bedroom and family room, a state of the art kitchen, central A/C, cable TV, DSL, VCR, DVD, washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and an attached garage.

Only 6 miles from Cape Cod Canal. Historic Plymouth is the home of the Pilgrims, and offers numerous tourist attractions, including Plymouth Plantation, a replica of 1627 Plymouth Village and the Mayflower. In addition, whale watching, ferries to Provincetown, deep sea fishing, golf, etc., are available. (Plymouth/ Manomet has evolved into the golf Mecca for New England over the last few years. There are now six 18-hole regulation public courses and several other executive courses in town. Many of these courses are world class facilities). Boston and Newport, Rhode Island, are about an hour's drive from Plymouth.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Guest are required to bring their own linens and towels; the Yardarm will be turned over to guests in clean/neat condition; upon departure guests are expected to leave the villa in condition they received it. Cleaning service is available at reasonable price.

    Deposit of 1/4 required upon booking. The balance is due in equal payments over the period before occupancy. The final payment is due in cash or certified check on the day tenant takes over the Yardarm.

    $750 reimbursable security/cleaning deposit is required.
  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM
    CANCELLATION POLICY: Amount paid to landlord will be refunded minus a $300- cancellation fee if renter informs landlord of desire to cancel at least six weeks prior to the rental period, and the landlord is able to find another tenant for that particular period.
