Beautiful wrap-around porches facing Atlantic Ocean and Pebble Beach. Beautiful large sunroom facing Atlantic Ocean. 3 floor, living space with 4 skylights on top floor. Big screen Sony 57 inch projection TV. Historical atmosphere in home. Former summer house of the Chase and Sanborn coffee family in 1895. Many seagulls around the house and in front of the big Granite rocks in the ocean. House was featured in the National Monthly magazine 'The Old House Journal'.
