Spanish Wells cottage Rental Property Information

Pineapple Cottage is perched on a hillside overlooking the deserted pink-sand northern beach (a one-two minute walk away). There are two decks to optimize the living space, offering a panoramic view of the ocean. Its garden is filled with tropical flower trees and tropical fruit trees. Humming birds, finches and other birds frequent the garden. The cottage is situated on a narrow part of the island. So, a short stroll will take you to the 2 1/2 mile beach, the harbor, or the bone fishing flats. Nearby restaurants and grocery stores offer free delivery. .

Spanish Wells is a small island town off the coast of Eleuthera. The population is made up of white Bahamians who make their living from the sea. The town is neat and clean, with most houses sporting a fresh coat of pastel paint (reminding one of Bermuda). There is a barrier reef called the Devil's backbone which offers some of the best snorkeling and fishing in the world. Swimming, boating, snorkeling, fishing are just a few of the activities. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation on a non-tourist island, there is nothing like Spanish Wells in all the Bahamas today.
