This is the most private home in the special area known as Hummock Pond of Nantucket, a quiet community located next to windswept moors, serene ponds and the fabulous ocean beach of Cisco. This charming, very well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath single story home provides both privacy and convenience. The interior has been professionally decorated and is equipped with all modern amenities. The master suite has a four poster queen bed, French doors to large deck, a ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet, and a master bath with two person Jacuzzi, separate shower and double sink vanity. Two additional comfortable guest bedrooms with a shared full bath are on the opposite wing of the house, separated by the living room which is complete with fireplace. A separate dining area is adjacent to the full featured kitchen with all updated appliances.

A short walk (5-10 minutes) along a sandy path through wildlife conservation land takes you to Cisco Beach, one of Nantucket's finest ocean beaches. A short bike or car ride (3 miles) brings you to town center for great shopping and many fabulous restaurants offering causal to goummet dining. Just down the road is the famous Bartlett's Ocean View Farm and the Cisco Winery/Brewery. Also nearby is the new public 18 hole Miacomet golf course.
