Edgartown house Rental Property Information

Our large Colonial home offers a perfect Vineyard vacation. We are located on 1.1 green acres, completely fenced-in and landscaped for total visual privacy, just steps from the bike path and one mile from Long Point Beach. Enjoy our 20 X 40 foot pool or relaxing on our substantial backyard deck. We've installed a new outdoor shower with a changing area. Inside is our spacious, modern kitchen, that serves as the 'heart' of our home, with white Corian countertops, new appliances (including a refrigerator with an icemaker, a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave) and a center island for plenty of seating. Our living room includes new furniture, a flat-screen TV, and fireplace. There's also a dining room and a half bath on the first floor. Upstairs, our spacious master suite includes a king bed and large, en suite bath. There are three additional bedrooms, including one queen, one double, and twin bunk beds. There's also a newly-finished basement playroom and laundry area.

Our convenient Mid-Island location offers easy access to magnificent beaches. You can hop on your bike to Long Point, a stunning ocean beach with a pond for water sports. We're a quick drive to Katama (South) Beach, State Beach, Edgartown Village, Morning Glory Farm, the West Tisbury Farmers Market, Vineyard Haven, and all Up-Island delights, including Menemsha, Beetlebung Corner and Gay Head. There are grocery stores, playgrounds, health clubs, tennis, horseback riding and excellent restaurants nearby.
