OFF-SEASON DISCOUNTS BELOW The Chatham Retreat is clean, tastefully decorated, and is a stone's throw to 75 acres of conservation land that rolls into a beach on Nantucket Sound. The hilltop views are breath taking! The Chatham Retreat is a short scenic walk (1/5 mi) to a beautiful, long secluded beach. There, the saltwater is much warmer than the Atlantic Ocean. It's a lovely beach for small children, beachcombing, swimming and rejuvenating long walks. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath (full) with an additional hot & cold outdoor, enclosed shower. It is recommended for families up to 5 or 6. A public tennis court is nearby (1/4 mile walk). The Chatham Retreat is available year-round for vacation rentals. It has winter water views and a fireplace. In-season it is especially great for families! Off-season - it is excellent for couples looking for a 'get away.'

Forest Beach, newly renovated public tennis court and basketball court, one of the smallest libraries in New England-- all within a short walk. Cape Cod Rail Bike Trail close by. Many other beaches are minutes away. Easy access to Mid Cape to visit other areas of the Cape. Popular downtown Chatham with restaurants and shopping is approximately 3 miles away -- drive or take a daily bus. Also within easy access are: Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, golf, fishing, Cape League Baseball, Chatham Lighthouse, seal watch cruises, Monomoy island excursions, Monomoy Wildlife Sanctuary, Conservation Trails. The Town of Chatham band concert held on Friday nights or Cape League Baseball - both are popular!
