Edgartown estate Rental Property Information
Fantastic 2 house compound on lovely treed and landscaped lot. Take the safe bike path to historic Edgartown Village or the warm waters and soft sand of State beach. These 2 side by side houses have just been completely renovated and have lovely new furniture, kitchens, paint, landscaping, window treatments, appliances and bedding. All towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, pots, pans are provided. Between the 2 houses there are a total of 2 king sized beds, 3 queen sized beds, 4 single beds and one bunk bed to comfortably sleeps a total of 17 people. At the end of the street is Sengekontacket Pond where you can kayak from the town landing around Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary. Great spot for fishing, boating, windsurfing, clamming observing wildlife, and birding. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Martha's Vineyard island is 6 miles off the coast of Cape Cod. There is a year round community there with all services. There are 3 towns and 3 villages. The beaches are noted to be some of the most beautiful in the world and the surf fishing is excellent. There is a fishing derby each year from Sept. 15- Oct. 15th with large prizes. There are several nice golf courses. There are many excellent restaurants and the shopping is fantastic. Bike paths cover the island for a more up close look. 50% of the island is conservation land.

House Number One Downstairs Enter through the front door into a gorgeous, colorful, beautifully decorated, front to back living room/dining room area. There are freshly restored honey oak floors, a fireplace, and this inviting room beckons you to relax in the comfortable furniture. There is a half bath off the living room. The dining room seats 8 and has a wrought iron and crystal chandelier. The brand new tiled kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, and a large side by side refrigerator. There is also a spacious family room with large, flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, extra eating area, comfortable furniture and it opens onto the sundeck and grilling area.
House Number One Upstairs At the top of the stairs on the right is the master bedroom suite decorated in sage Toile. There is a king sized bed and private bath with extra large fiberglass shower with 2 seats. There are 2 more bedrooms with 2 singles in each. There is another full tub/shower bath.
House Number Two Completely renovated and redecorated house number two has a 2 bedroom apartment up with large deck, full kitchen, full bath and 2 queen sized beds. There is a 2 bedroom apartment down with 1 queen sized bed and a bunk bed, a kitchenette and 2 full baths.
