This property allows groups to spread out in comfort, with many large living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 laundries, 9 bedrooms, and the ultimate in flexible bedroom arrangements. With 16 beds (4Q,4D,8T) + 2 sofa beds, it comfortably accommodates, for example, 9-16+ individual adults; or 9 couples each with their own bedroom; or, our specialty, families of all ages, with 14-18 people maximum preferred. Groups of 14 are the norm, with half smaller, half larger. We limit the number of people to maintain the high quality of our property in 'like-new' condition, for our use and the use of all of our tenants.
