Barnstable Village Beauty! 3 bedroom home sleeps 4-6. The home has an enclosed all-season sun porch overlooking beautiful forest which offers a private, restful space. Home has heat and air-conditioning and is fully-equipped/ furnished. The Coffey House is conveniently located on scenic Route 6A. The ideal mid-cape location is within one mile of historic Barnstable Village courthouse, shops, banks, post office, general store, restaurants, Cape Cod Bay, whale watching, fishing and sailing. The Coffey House is only three miles to the airport and Hyannis. The home is located on two acres, has a master bedroom with balcony that overlooks the backyard. It is air-conditioned throughout. The outdoor surroundings are private and beautiful. There are two BBQ's and plenty of outdoor furniture, as well as a hammock to share! The outdoor shower is equipped with both hot and cold water!

  • For the home the rates are $2400 per week and the cottage $1150 per week during 2008.
  • 3 Bedroom House:
    The Coffey House is a weekly, monthly and seasonal rental. Winter Rates are $1500 to $2000 per month and include utilities. Beginning October 1, 2008. These are rates for the 3-bedroom. The cottage rents seasonally for $1,000 monthly which includes utilities.

    Rates for 2007 are $2400 per week. Begins June 30th and ends August 25th. These rates may be discounted by 10% if deposit is received by March 1st, 2007. If you stay two week you will receive an additional 10% off.

    April through June 29th discounted at 20% ($1680 per week).
    August 25th through October 1st discounted at 20% ($1680 per week).

    Any 2 week stay is discounted at 10%.

    One half total amount due will reserve home, if available upon receipt of deposit. Confirmation will be sent to you.

  • Ask about renting our cottage for extra sleeping accommodations. Weekly, monthly and seasonal rental of 3-bedroom home/1-bedroom cottage...completely furnished. There are some weeks available for the cottage which is also available as a seasonal rental after September. See pictures of cottage on my website in the owner contact information.

    Rates for 2007 are $1150 per week for the cottage, these rates may be discounted by 10% if deposit is received by March 1st, 2007.
