Development (60 homes on 108 acres) includes heated junior Olympic pool, 6 tennis courts, duck pond, private lake & ocean beaches. Adjacent to golf course, walking distance to downtown. First floor of this luxurious home includes a living room with soaring 20 foot ceilings, a flamed granite fireplace,and bleached oak hardwood floors. A formal dining room with huge spanish colonial table and french doors leads to the private deck with teak furniture, market umbrellas, adirondack chairs, and gas grill. A Gourmet cook’s kitchen is fully equipped including instant-hot water, icemaker, bread machine, several lobster pots, extensive cookware, flatware and glassware, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, a stocked spice rack, etc., and a nook table seating six. A laundry closet houses a washer & dryer, and a third bedroom/den has a queen futon bed, desk with fax machine, etc. A bath with shower is downstairs (there is also an enclosed outdoor hot water shower).

A staircase leads to a catwalk overlooking the living room and separates the two upstairs bedrooms. A charming ‘kids room’ has two twin beds, dual closets, and an en-suite bathroom with tub, shower, travertine marble vanity, etc. The large master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, and master bath with dual travertine vanities, two-person jacuzzi tub with window overlooking the woods, and a separate shower. Zoned heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort (A/C is rare on the Vineyard). The home was built in 1989 and is lead-free. It is 1850 sq. ft. plus deck, garage, and storage. Coolers and four beach chairs (plus 2 kids beach chairs) are provided.
