Less than a 10-minute drive to either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs, the house is centrally located to all island towns. Swim or boat on the Lagoon and there is great fishing near the house in the freshwater pond. Quiet but for the sound of the birds and the waterfall on the terrace, this is a wonderful setting for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

  • Both of the bathrooms are tiled and the whole house has beautiful Yellow Pine Floors. The downstairs bath is in two sections with the toilet and sink in the first room, and the tiled tub/shower in the second room. There is a skylight in the tub/shower area for light and ventilation. There is an outdoor shower just off of the kitchen. The second floor has the master bath with the 6' jacuzzi tub and generous tiled shower stall. The counter is tiled, there is a skylight for light and ventilation, and there is a water view from a small octagonal window above the tub.

There is a comfortable Queen pull-out sofa at the end of the Great Room for additional company. There is a full bath on each floor.
