Third Floor The bedroom covers the entire third floor and has a queen size bed and great views of the conservation land and the surrounding neighborhood. Outside Brick patio off of the Family and Living rooms, gas grill, patio furniture, private side yard with Private hedge and an outdoor shower (for after beach use). The back of the property abuts conservation land. There is off street parking for up to four cars.
