This charming and clean two bedroom Cape Cod cottage is in the Maravista section of Falmouth. It's a short four house walk to a beautiful salt water beach surrounded by a picturesque bay. The quiet bay road is great for evening walks, bike rides or watching the sunset as the boats come in. The public boat ramp is around the corner and takes you to deep water. Falmouth Heights and Bristol beach are also just a short walk. This fully furnished two bedroom beach house features one bedroom with a double and another with three twins. Yard is fence enclosed on three sides and has a patio with an umbrella and table and gas grill. The yard also boasts an outdoor hot/cold shower and a swing set. For your convenience, only minutes away are two supermarkets, island ferry, restaurants, bike path, charter boats and town center. The home is also close to 'Mashpee Commons' and four golf courses.

Downtown Falmouth is only three minutes away by car, and 15 minutes to nearby Woods Hole with its famous oceanographic institute and aquarium. A scenic bike trail is close by and takes you by the ocean to Woods Hole. The scenic Falmouth harbor is home to the Island Queen, one of the ferries that runs between the Mainland and Martha's Vineyard.
