There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor with another full bath. The home is situated in the heart of Katama, and is 1.4 miles to both South Beach and Edgartown Village. This home is located on dead end road 300 ft from the popular bike path.

Edgartown Center and South beach are 1.5 miles away in each direction and is a beautiful walk or short bike ride away. The bike/walking path is at the beginning of the street. The house is located on a dead end street.
