Additional owner comments This is our second home. Our family enjoys 3 weeks at this house every summer. This is not a rental property as such and we think you will find it comfortable and inviting. It is furnished nicely but we invite families with children as this is a lived in house and one that we thoroughly enjoy. It is conveniently located to town and to the pond. Our family enjoys walks through the neighborhood, especially down to the pond, where we often clam. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Sincerely, The Mariano's.
