Large private wooded lot in Crafts Field section of Katama, one half mile from South Beach, 2 miles from Edgartown. Beautifully decorated featuring island artists, well landscaped and maintained. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath plus enclosed outside shower with hot water. Second floor over sized master bedroom with queen bed. First floor bedroom with twin beds, cathedral ceiling in LR, wrap-around deck. Fully equipped inside and out, the only sounds you hear is the surf and the birds.

Crafts Field , a section of Katama (Edgartown) is just west of the Katama Air Field, very quiet yet only 2 miles from town. Welcoming gardens and a bird sanctuary beckon you into the front yard where the wrap around deck provides the perfect place to enjoy the flowers, birds and listen to the surf.
