The Court Street area in the Katama section of Edgartown is a small neighborhood of contemporary homes carefully built into the natural landscape of the island. Pines, oaks, low-bushes and grasses provide a protective barrier between well-spaced homes. The house is one mile from the Edgartown Great Pond, a large brackish body of water providing a calm, beautiful setting for walking, clamming, canoeing or small boating to secluded beaches.
