This waterfront vacation ranch home has a deck that opens out to gorgeous Martha's Vineyard sunsets across the Lagoon to Vineyard Haven Harbor and Falmouth. Private sandy beach at your feet is ideal for kids. Bring your kayak, canoe, sailfish or anchor your boat at your doorstep. Or rent boats from across the Lagoon. All purpose living/ dining room, deck and kitchen overlook the water. Waterviews from all other rooms. Renters say pictures don't do it justice! House is set at end of private shady lane but minutes from all 3 down island towns. Has wireless Internet as well as 3 cable TVs. Auto ferry tickets available for many weeks. 1998 Mercury Mountaineer available to borrow if you need it and are over 25.

We are in a very private location that is nonetheless very central and convenient to all 3 down-island towns. Farm Neck golf and tennis is a mile away, Mink Meadows golf course is 4 miles away. 5 beaches are within 3 miles. Great restaurants, nightlife, and shopping are present in some or all 3 towns. A rather large state forest is also within a few miles away. Bike paths lead everywhere within and among the towns and forest. The Vineyard is also a center for art of all kinds.
