It is ~4700 sq. ft., located within the private association of Meadow View Farms, Oak Bluffs, less than 1/2 mile to Farm Neck Golf Course and is centrally set between the 3 down island towns. Perfect for the large family vacation, reunion or wedding. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms including 2 master suites each with private jacuzzi. Great room floor to ceiling fireplace,lg high Def TV.Beds are queen plus 2 pull-out sleeper sofas. The walkout, finished basement is complete with pool table, ping-pong, bar area, fireplace & sitting area. There is a sun room with sunken 6-8 person jacuzzi/hot tub, 24'x36' Bluestone patio, 2 large porches (1 screened) all complete with outdoor furniture lg beach stone gas barbeque and additional grills. Meadow View Farms also has private tennis courts for your use. I rent this home weekly in the summer and in the off season, any length of stay and number of people is negotiable. It is centrally located between the three down-island towns (Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven) with access to the bike path on County Road. Private tennis courts are available for your enjoyment and there is easy accessibility to ferries, shopping and public beaches.

Outside this home, there is a large Bluestone patio with beach stone propane barbeque with additional gas and charcoal grills and outdoor furniture. A screened porch, also complete with wicker furniture, outside shower and a private yard with newly planted gardens. Inside, I have a pool table, ping pong table, large high definition TV, 2 fireplaces, huge kitchen, 3 Jacuzzis (one 6-8 person and two 100 gallon size, in each of the master suites), and three common sitting areas. The kitchen, dining area and great room are all open to each other. The private association of Meadow View Farms has tennis courts available for your use, although you must bring your own rackets and balls.

Martha's Vineyard is truly a magical place to come, experience and be a part of. Local artisans display their works at the many galleries and crafts shows all throughout the year. The Vineyard is a wonderful place in the off-season, as well. There are miles of public beaches for combing in hopes of finding that perfect shell or beach glass. Menemsha has breath-taking sunsets and Aquinnah is utterly spectacular with it's ever changing clay cliffs. The landscape of the island is truly remarkable. Vineyard Haven has plenty of year-round shopping, with Oak Bluffs and Edgartown becoming a little bit quieter in the off season.

Martha's Vineyard is a 'dry' island except for the towns Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. If dining out in any restaurant NOT in Edgartown or Oak Bluffs, it is completely acceptable to B.Y.O.B. If you desire, I can offer a private chef to come to this home and prepare one or more meals for you. Or if you prefer, she can prepare something for you in her establishment and you can pick it up at your convenience. There are lots of exciting activities for kids, as well. Golf Information: Farm neck golf course on County road is located less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to Meadow View Farms.
