Inside, I have a pool table, ping pong table, 56 inch HD TV, 2 fireplaces, large kitchen, 3 Jacuzzis (one 6-8 person and two 100 gallon size, in each of the master suites), and three common sitting areas. All bedrooms are large ~ 14 By 18 ft. with bedroom area in the master suites 14 by 23 ft. The kitchen, dining area and great room are all open to each other.The Sunroom is off the great room.Exit from either the great room, kitchen, sunroom and master suite to the 24'x36' Bluestone patio, complete with outdoor furniture large beach stone gas barbeque and additional grills. There is a large porch in the front of the house that wraps around into a 13 by 16 ft. screened porch both complete with plenty of wicker furniture to relax on.An outside shower and a private yard with new perennial gardens with flowering and evergreen trees complete the peaceful landscape Ask for updated landscaping plans. The private association of Meadow View Farms has tennis courts available for your use.

Outside this home in the back, there is a large private bluestone patio with beach stone propane barbecue with additional gas and charcoal grills and outdoor furniture.The back of the home is surrounded by woods owned by the association There is also a lounge-swing to take a nap on off the patio. A screened porch, with wicker furniture is just steps off the bluestone patio.The large porch in the front of the house also wraps around into this 13 by 16 ft. screened porch both complete with plenty of wicker furniture to relax on.There is an outside shower and a private yard with perennial gardens. There are also extensive new perennial gardens with a mixture of beautiful evergreens and flowering trees to complete your peaceful getaway.The home is set back ~ 300 feet from the association road. Ask for an updated landscaping plans. The private association of Meadow View Farms has tennis courts available and has ample area for walking around the association with it's meadows.

Martha's Vineyard is truly a magical place to come, experience and be a part of. Local artisans display their works at the many galleries and crafts shows all throughout the year. The Vineyard is a wonderful place in the off-season, as well. There are miles of public beaches for combing in hopes of finding that perfect shell or beach glass. Menemsha has breath-taking sunsets and Aquinnah is utterly spectacular with it's ever changing clay cliffs. The landscape of the island is truly remarkable. Vineyard Haven has plenty of year-round shopping, with Oak Bluffs and Edgartown becoming a little bit quieter in the off season.

Martha's Vineyard is a ''dry'' island except for the towns Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. If dining out in any restaurant not in Edgartown or Oak Bluffs, it is completely acceptable to B.Y.O.B. If you desire, I can recommend a private chef to come to this home and prepare one or more meals for you. Or if you prefer, she can prepare something for you in her establishment and you can pick it up at your convenience. There are lots of exciting activities for kids, as well. There are weekly summer camps, drum sessions on the beach, etc. You can contact the Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce for details and information.

Golf Information: Farm neck golf course on County road is located less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to Meadow View Farms.
