1st Floor Description Family Space... Oak Bluffs is all about the front porch. Our generous porch offers oversized Georgia rockers and a large picnic table for wonderful outdoor meals with a view. Living /Dining Room… Aprox. 450 sq. ft. offering a conference style dining table to seat 12-14. Living room includes IKEA Sofa & Loveseat for relaxing. Games, books, and videos are available for your convenience. Sunroom… w/ TV VCR/ DVD Player with front game ports. This room is the source location for our wireless internet access and the gathering room for all. The internet works on the front porch and throughout the house if you have wireless capability on your laptop. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, gadgets, dishes and spices.. (The owner is a cook!) Just bring your food and drink. Bedroom #1 1st Floor Master… featuring two twin beds which can be used separately or pushed together as a king. Linen sets are available for each configuration. Bedroom #2 Bunk Bed

2nd Floor Description 2nd Floor Master Room #3 Oversized room in the front of the house with a balcony and two rocking chairs. Offers a queen size bed, with an additional twin bed, & a sitting area w/ a TV. Bedroom #4 located next to the master bedroom this room offers two twin beds, Bedroom #5 Full Size Bed, Bedroom #6 Full Size Bed, Bedroom #7 Full size bed with an extra twin bed. The second floor offers a full bathroom with a shower. Ironing Board & Iron are located in the hallway. Linen closet supplies all rooms with sheets, and towels. Other Areas: Basement offers a Washer & Dryer, Rustic Full Bath with a shower (Used after the beach) Side Yard offers an outdoor shower at the rear of the house and a grill Area with gas & charcoal grills available for your cooking preference...
