Ground floor accommodation comprises of open floor plan with quaint foyer, beautiful L shaped large kitchen, with ample countertop & breakfast bar with bar stools, solid maple basin wall cabinets, ceramic tile floor, separate breakfast nook & hidden washer & dryer. 2 minute walk to ocean beach! Very close to Kennedy Compound and Memorial. There are fans provided.

You'll simply walk just a minute through a path in the wooded yard to your separate getaway which sleeps 4 comfortably. This new option costs an additional $1,500.00 and brings up our maximum number of guests to 19 people (by renting both spaces only). Therefore, 19 guests can be very comfortably accommodated for $5,200.00 per week in the prime season.
