Chappaquiddick house Rental Property Information

Bayview - Chappy - No words can adequately describe this dream house facing Katama Bay and Chappaquiddick's South Beach. Located near the beautiful Wasque Reservation Conservation Area, this home is reverse design, with the bedrooms on the first level and the main living area on the second. The master bedroom is thirty feet long with a private bath, jacuzzi and queen-size bed. The other two bedrooms (one has twin-size beds and other has a queen bed) share another large bath. For your convenience there is also a laundry located on this floor. A custom oak stairway connects to the spectacular second level living area. This track lit, beamed cathedral ceiling room, has nearly floor-to-ceiling triple windows, a fireplace at one end, and a large fanned skylit dining room at the other. A European fully-applianced kitchen and snack bar open to the solarium with a sofabed and an exterior wrap-around deck. Outside is an enclosed hot / cold shower and storage room. The location is fabulous too!!

Mass. Marthas Vineyard Chappaquiddick Island at Wasque Reservation - Located on Bayview Avenue facing Katama Bay and South Beach. Wasque Reservation is several hundred acres of beautiful land next to the ocean. Board walks and nature trails are there. It is like no other place imaginable. The house sits by itself and provides the occupants with the feeling that they 'own' the world. Views are south west so one sees the sunsets across the water. On Chappy is a small, 6 hole golf course open to the public. It cost a donation($5-$10). Surf cast fishing is best at Wasque. Also available is beach riding in 4 wheel drive autos. This is fun and unique. Staying in this house is a chance of a life-time. You'll never want to leave.

Southwestern water views and spectacular sunsets can be seen from almost every window in this home as it sits by itself in 'heaven', only a short drive away to Barrier Beach connecting Martha's Vineyard and Chappaquiddick Island. Two other Edgartown ocean view, privately owned 4 bedroom contemporary homes. Each elegantly designed home takes full advantage of lovely views while enhancing privacy. Handsomely furnished and full amenities including bright sun-filled rooms, large sun decks, beamed cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, laundry area, outdoor showers and more. These homes located in Katama area facing Edgartown's spectacular South Beach. The third home in the desirable Wasque Point section of 'Chappy'.

There is a lovely public golf course on Chappy. It's only 6 holes and the charge is a donation ($10 pp). You can go around as many times as you wish for the one donation. Even thought this is a public course it is never crowded and fun plus challenging to play. We often play alone and enjoy the beauty of Chappy with it's 'fun' golf course. We bring 3 clubs and 3 balls... we usually find balls besides.. All golf courses should be this much fun!
