Built in the early 1990's on Bamboo Ridge, Englishman's Bay, Parrot Estate Villa offers unspoilt views down to the sea and surrounding rugged beauty. Providing tranquillity through seclusion and accessibility to a number of attractions and activities through an exclusive setting, guests can explore the Island or simply relax in the confines of the spacious accommodation. Welcoming couples on honeymoon or families on holiday with a master bedroom joined by a twin room and two bathrooms, guests are treated to a mixture of contemporary facilities and a traditional decor and design. Surrounded by fresh fruit trees with limes, mangos and bananas. Based next to a protected rainforest don't be surprised to find local wildlife and tropical birds searching for food in the garden. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    Included in the rental is:
    1) A welcome DVD and photo direction pack sent to you before departure.

    2) A welcome pack of wine, mineral water, soft drinks, beers, snacks, toast bread, vacuum coffee and food for your first breakfast and fresh fruits from our garden.

    3) At the end of each week, a complete hotel service.

    During your stay, complimentary fresh fruits from our garden, bananas, limes all year round. Mango's, avocados, grapefruits in the season, from July to September.
    Additional, your long distance telephone calls, fax and and Internet access. The TSTT monthly tax invoice is scanned sent to you and trust that you will remit your dues at your earliest convenience. The local calls are free.

1 king, 2 single beds, 3 over sized hammocks, loungers, swing in the shade under roof and close to the gazebo, DVD player and selection of family DVDs, board games, playing card set, dominoes, books and miscellaneous outdoor games. Telephone, Fax machine available, Internet access ( please take your laptop with you) A barbecue is set on a stone pad under roof and only 15ft from the gazebo. When it rains, there is nothing like frying without getting wet. In addition, as the power net work in Tobago can be a little temperamental, for comfort, we added a 10kw generator with an auto transfer switch and timer. You are never without electricity.
