The Christmas Cottage is located minutes off Interstate 91 at VT Exit 7 on large Christmas tree farm. There are 8 great ski areas located from 20 to 60 minutes away. Snowmobiling is just out the door on the farm and at nearby areas. Free storage for snowmobiles, skis and other equipment. FREE X-country skiing at well groomed areas nearby. The cottage contains a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen, bedroom & a bath. There is a double sleep sofa in living room The house has DSS TV, VCR. CD. and DVD. All rentals include heat, electricity and snowplowing. Laundry facilities.

Attractions Close by are some of the loveliest New England towns. There are at least 8 ski areas reached in a few minutes to an hour. Ski a family area or an awesome mountain. All Vermont is within a 2 hour drive. Springfield village is 10 minutes and has a movie theater, supermarket, restaurants, clubs, art galleries, etc. Nearby are many covered bridges, antique shops and romantic restaurants, beautiful snowmobiling and X-country ski areas.

Description This Victorian Cottage is located on a beautiful 70 acre Christmas tree plantation. Views down the valley are breathtaking. Only the 1793 manor house and two guest houses are located on the farm. The location is totally private. There is no noise. Yet, the house is 2 miles from Exit 7 Interstate 91. After a wonderful winter day , curl up by the fire and watch TV or read a book in front of the fire. Nightlife is available nearby as well.
