Our beautiful log cabin home is located within the exclusive 1000 acre Cataloochee Ranch resort near Maggie Valley, North Carolina, bordering the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Alta Vista offers unparalleled mountain views from an elevation of 5200 feet and many activities are available in the area, including horseback riding, golf, rafting, winter skiing and fishing. Alta Vista is available as a 3 Bedroom/2 bath or as a 4 Bedroom/3 bath (Rate grid shown reflects the difference in the 3 or 4 Bedroom option). If only 3 bedrooms are desired, the optional 4th bedroom suite remains locked and is not available to any other guests during your stay. Both versions include the loft area with daybed and trundle twin bed. Pay by check or use credit card. Credit card payment services: VISA and MasterCard available through PayPal only. Alta Vista Cabin is nestled in the Smoky Mountains within the boundaries of the unique 70 year old family resort of Cataloochee Ranch. Nearby Waynesville and Cherokee provide numerous entertainment and shopping opportunities and Asheville's Biltmore House is only a 45 minute drive. Cool breezes, breathtaking views, horseback riding, whitewater rafting and championship golf are all available in the area. At night, the stars will amaze you as you build a fire, even in July!
