The House: 2200 square feet, 4 floor chalet with exceptional view of the mountains and trails. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen. Set-up: 1st Floor - 1 queen sofa bed, games; 2nd Floor - master bedroom, king bed and a day bed; 2nd bedroom - queen bed; 3rd bedroom - trundle bed (full bed) w/ full bath; 3rd Floor - living/ dining room, kitchen w/ half bath (main entrance level); 4th Floor - 1 queen w/ full bath. Location: Slope side, Sugarbush Village, Sugarbush South Ski Area, Warren Vermont. The house is on the mountain off the 'out to lunch' trail. Things to do: Ski on / off Sugarbush, sledding hill out the door to the right, complete game room in basement (billiards, ping-pong, darts, Lifecycle, Stairmaster), ski to village and restaurants.

Ski on/ off Sugarbush, sledding hill out the door to the right, complete game room in basement (billiards, ping-pong, darts, Lifecycle, Stairmaster), ski to village and restaurants. Close to the best VT restaurants. Cross country skiing at Blueberry Hill, hiking on the long trail (both winter and summer), snowshoeing. Fitness center with indoor tennis courts, spa, pool, hot tub, basketball, simulated rock climbing wall, racquetball, all in the village, two minutes from house. This location is amazing all year round. Golf, swimming, mountain and road biking as well as soaring at Sugarbush Airport make Sugarbush and the Mad River Valley Vermont's premier location.
