Grand Cayman condo Rental Property Information

Kiwi Kai is perfect for the couple who enjoys tropical open air living. This 910 sqaure foot home sits right on the beach at Cayman Kai, Rum Point, NorthSide, on Grand Cayman Island . As a guest you are a few steps from snorkleing, swimming or wading the clear warm waters of the Caribbean or from soaking up the sun on your all- but-private sandy beach. All rooms have Caribbean views and open to screened porches equipped with hammock and patio set. Celings are vaulted to 16 feet with casablanca fans. Kitchen is fully equiped. Living room contains a library of 250 good books. This is definitely a get away from it all and a get away from tourists- vacation spot...though, for the convenience of our guests, we do supply a modem for Ethernet and Wireless Internet access.Email us to request 'Planning your Rum Point Vacaion'.

Located by the Sea at Rum Point, in the friendly community of Cayman Kai, far away from tourist areas and city, our location encourages a quiet uncrowded vacation experience. You'll have easy access to North Wall diving and Stingray City. You will be a two minute ride or a 10 minute walk along the beach from Red Sail Sports, elegant dining at the Rum Point Club or a lost afternoon at The Wreck beach bar and BBQ. The Kaibo Yacht Club is a 10 miute bike ride and you'll be 45 minutes from the airport. Grand Cayman itself is located 260 miles South of Havana, Cuba and 175 miles West of Jamiaca.

A Guest Speaks Sea Lodge #18 is a fine place for easy, private, and idyllic holiday. For our time there, we had the entire beach to ourselves. Everything is laid on, including plenty of towels, and lots of little extras that made for an easier trip and fewer journeys out to the store. Good library of books and videos. The best snorkeling on the island (and we checked it out) is right outside or within a reasonable swim of the lodge. Absolutely no complaints - not a luxury place (who needs that anyway?) but cool, comfortable, and well-appointed. Tom Myers, Maine, USA

Our Guests Speak We are back safely from our stay at Sea Lodge 18 at Rum Point in Cayman. What an amazing time we had! Guest Book Sea Lodge 18 was a wonderful experience. A beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment to call home in the Carribean. Clear waters with incredible snorling right outside your front and back door! Amazing! Our first day, out 50 yards from the sea lodge we saw an eagle ray! We walked or snorkled to rum point every day. Hit up the BBQ at Driftwood and lounge. Great place and super attentive, caring host that run a top notch rental! I can't wait to return.
