Beds: First Floor: 1 queen, 2 double, 1 single, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 queen futon, crib and 1 PortaCrib, and 2 queen sofa beds. Second Floor: 3 queen, 2 double, 1 double sofa bed, 1 trundle bed (1 queen or 2 twins). Fondest family memories guaranteed!
