Kiawah Island condo Rental Property Information

Our two bedroom, two bathroom villa is located on the lagoon within easy walking distance of the beach, Night Heron Park and Nature Center, and East Beach Town Center. Thirty miles of paved bike paths give you biking and walking access to shopping, dining, and the island's natural beauty. Our first floor end unit includes a screened-in porch which can be used for casual dining and a covered deck which can be used for sunning or watching the wildlife activity on the lagoon. For your enjoyment, we have provided three TV's: one in each bedroom and a HGTV in the living room.

Historic Charleston is a leisurely forty-five minute drive from the island. In Charleston you can visit ante-bellum homes, walk the streets of an important early American port city, shop in the well-known open-air market, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of 'southern hospitality.' Just outside the city of Charleston, you can visit the beautiful gardens at the Middleton and Magnolia plantations along the Ashley River. Drayton Hall, a National Trust for Historic Preservation property, provides a look into the home of a wealthy planter of the 18th century.

In addition to tennis and golf, you can participate in many water activities such as swimming, shelling, canoeing, and kayaking. The natural beauty and wildlife of the island can be observed by walking or biking the numerous paths. There are special overlook sites and descriptive signs to enhance your enjoyment of the island's nature. Just off the island you can take advantage of the fishing and sightseeing tours at the Bohicket Marina.

Guest Book Night Heron Haven Date of Stay: January 2008 What a fantastic view. Quiet and peaceful. Clean & updated. The owners were a joy to deal with. We will definitely return.
