If the Haus is rented for less money the difference will be made up by the first renter. If for any reason the Haus can not be re-rented the total amount of the contracted price is due.
    200 Cash Security Deposit required. (returned within 2 weeks)
    Credit Card required for additional security and as payment in the event of cancellation.

The Haus has two large wrap-around porches with a variety of hanging chairs, rockers and tables. There is a large Vermont Casting Grill on front porch with a picnic table. The hot tub is on the rear deck with more seating. The front yard is large enough to play soccer. There is a 15' by 15' tree house and a bonfire/ camping area which is next to the kids playground complete with swings and hammock. The woods are yours to hike in and explore. Free High Speed Wireless Internet DSL available. Wireless G Compatible. Router located in Great Room. Please make checks payable to: Darrall Huber.
