Ocean Pines house Rental Property Information

Set in a quiet, tree-shaded community, our house is only a few minutes drive from the beach, boardwalk and restaurants of Ocean City, and the Assateague National Seashore with its wild ponies. The house has sundecks, skylights, cathedral ceilings, and ceiling fans. A master suite with queen-sized bed is on the ground floor. This is our family’s vacation home. We go there to hang out and have fun with our kids and grand kids. When we’re not there, we’d be happy to share it with your family. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We rented vacation homes for several years. When we bought our own, we furnished it with everything we liked about the homes we’d rented. You’ll find books, videos, puzzles, information on restaurants and activities, a fully equipped kitchen, condiments, and paper products, so you don’t have to bring them.

What to do There’s lots to do, rain or shine. Relax on the beach. Bike, jog, or stroll on the boardwalk at Ocean City. Try the fresh-squeezed lemonade, fries with vinegar, and funnel cake. See the wild ponies at the Assateague National Seashore. Fish in the surf or crab in the bay. Play golf at any of the 12 nearby courses or putt-putt indoors. Eat at one of the many excellent seafood restaurants. Watch bald eagles soar while you canoe down the Pocomoke River. Shop at the outlet malls in West Ocean City. Visit historic Berlin, MD, where Runaway Bride and Tuck Everlasting were filmed.

Virtual Tour--Ground Floor Entering our house from the front porch, you walk into the bright, airy living room. It has a cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan. To the left are the master suite and a stairway to the second floor. The sofa, love seat and arm chair are perfectly set up for watching cable tv, videos, or for a pleasant visit with family and friends. Straight ahead is the dining area with table and seating for six to enjoy a full-course meal or an informal snack of crabs and beer. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with a counter and two bar stools for breakfast or a quick bite before heading to the beach. Walk out through a slider and you're on a multilevel deck that's ideal for a barbecue or just relaxing. Now, return to the living room and walk into the master bedroom. Like the living room, it has a cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan. There's a queen-sized bed and ample room for clothes in the walk-in closet and large chest of drawers. There's also a full bath with shower and tub.
