    * 3 night minimum late fall, early winter and spring (See exceptions below).
    * 4 night minimum stay required summer and early fall.
    * 7 night minimum over Christmas & New Year. 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving.
  • LEASE AGREEMENT (5 pages) sent to you with your rental inquiry. It outlines the above items and other terms of leasing this property. Please sign and return 2 (two) executed originals by mail. One will be signed and returned to you for your records. Be sure to include your Advanced Rental Deposit to reserve the property.
    *Pets are welcome. Please check with owner for details and be sure to clean up after your pet. If there is damage to property, a charge will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
    * Children are welcome. Please take care of the many valuables at the property, keeping them out of reach when necessary.
    * Lost keys ($25.00), front gate openers ($150.00), and excessive long distant telephone service deducted from the Security Deposit.
    * No smoking inside: Use outside portals and patios. Beware of starting a forest fire.

This 3400 square foot residence includes three portals containing an additional 1000 square feet of luxurious covered - outdoor space. The views from the portals are framed by the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

This magnificent room may well be your favorite place for fondest memories. You will love the art work here and in the living room. BBQ grill and swim outside by the pool and cabana. There is an umbrella covered table for dining and new furniture here for relaxing on your vacation. The outside portal next to the backyard has a small waterfall. There is a dining table with seating for six on the covered portal. This portal also includes a couch and relaxing chairs. A BBQ grill is provided for preparing your favorite meals.

Skiing Information: The Santa Fe Ski Basin is located 17.5 miles from the property. Enjoy the winter skiing/snow boarding at this grand ski resort. The drive up the mountain is spectacular. Enjoy this scenic area throughout the year. Many hiking trails are located on the Ski Basin Road. Pack a lunch and take a day trip hike to experience the beauty of New Mexico.

Golf Information: The property is located approximately 12 miles from the Santa Fe Municipal Golf Course. There are other new fabulous golf courses located in Nambe (approximately 7 miles) where you can also visit the casinos and try your luck after a round of golf.
