This charming waterfront cottage is the year-round home where my father-in-law spent his retirement years. Built to resemble a New England barn, the spacious pine-paneled living room features a cathedral ceiling and granite fireplace. Step through the large sliding glass doors onto a 400 sq. ft deck with comfortable seating to enjoy the panoramic view of Blue Hill Bay. It will probably take your breath away!!!

Over the kitchen and master bedroom is a loft area with queen bed in front bedroom (see photo), bath with shower and a single bed with a skylight (see photo) in the adjacent setting room. A dormer added in 2005 with large windows provide a stunning view of the bay.
