This comfortably furnished ground-floor corner unit, located in the Village at Greyhawk condominiums, at the base of Bald Mountain, with views of the Warm Springs ski trails, enjoys all-day sun and is less than a two minute walk to the Warm Springs main lift and base lodge. The outdoor pool (which is heated during the winter and which has whirlpool jets), sauna and laundry, are all only a few steps from the unit's terrace. The pool has a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and is a great spot to unwind. Parking is located immediately adjacent to the condominium, in two separate lots. The center of Ketchum and the village of Sun Valley are only a short ride by car or on the free shuttle bus which stops regularly directly across the street from the condominium.

Sun Valley frequently named as a top resort Sherman's Travel Magazine named Sun Valley as a 'Top 5 Rocky Mountain Ski Resort' for 2008; and Ski Magazine's subscribers named Sun Valley as one of the top 10 ski resorts in North America in both its 2007 and 2008 'Top 50 Resort Guide.' In addition, one of the UK's leading skiing guidebooks (the Great Skiing and Snowboarding Guide) recently gave Sun Valley its 'Most Chilled Resort, North America' award. (According to the editors, the word 'chilled' means a resort that is 'cool, a little different, laid back, a great nightlife, stylish.') Before picking Sun Valley for this award, the editors reviewed over 6,000 resorts in 75 countries.

Sun Valley skiing skating and snow boarding Sherman's Travel Magazine pointed out that Sun Valley has 'the greatest uphill lift capacity of any ski resort in the U.S.' Additionally, Sun Valley's snow making system is the largest in the country and most areas on the mountain undergo extensive grooming every night. The five lodges located around the ski area (which Ski Magazine called 'awesome') include two at the top of the mountain and one at the beginner area (Dollar Mountain), and all are incredibly comfortable, spacious and serve great food. Snow boarders have access to all terrain, including the 425-foot long super pipe. Lift lines are almost non-existent. Nordic and skate skiing are also available on an extensively groomed trail system, served by a new 58,000 square foot clubhouse. Outdoor public ice skating is available all-year round at the Sun Valley Inn; and during the summer there are shows by world-class figure skaters. In addition, hockey fans can enjoy watching matches played in the indoor hockey center.

Sun Valley golf facilities Sun Valley's Trail Creek golf course (originally opened in 1937 and redesigned by Rees Jones, Jr. in 1979) is an 18 hole championship course which winds through a variety of spectacular terrain. In 2008 Golfweek voted it No. 4 on its list of 'America's Best Courses You Can Play.' The views are spectacular---but are even more so on the new White Clouds Course which rises up to 300 feet above the Trail Creek course. Designed as an 'alpine links' course, the first 9 holes of this new course have recently opened for play with the second 9 holes scheduled to open during the summer of 2009. Adjacent to the new 58,000 square foot golf clubhouse is a 25 acre practice facility and 18-hole putting course. Skeet shooting facilities, is located adjacent to the golf courses. Golf is also available in Ketchum on the Bigwood Golf Course; and at certain times during the day the Elkhorn Golf Club (a private 18-hole championship course managed by Troon Golf) is available for public play.
