There is a small TV, DVD, tape player at the cottage but this non-techno owner doesn't guarantee that they will work or that reception will be good. There is also an iPod player/radio but reception isn't always good for the radio (NPR).

'Southern Exposure' is sited on a 1/2 acre lawn perfect for children. There is a wonderful collection of books and games if you're vacationing with the younger set. The Cottage Point community is a quiet safe area for bicycling and walking. Read the on-line guest book and you will learn why this cottage is so beloved and why everyone wants to return to this waterfront 'slice of heaven!'
